Terms and Conditions of Advertising

 

You must read all of the terms and conditions laid out below. You should not use this site in any way unless you agree to the terms specified below. By using the site you agree to be governed by the terms and conditions specified here.

 

These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between the user of the site (you) and us, Page One Homes Ltd. By accessing any information on the site you indicate that you understand the terms and conditions and that you agree to by legally bound by them. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notification.

 

Page One Homes Ltd, an advertising company. We are not an Estate Agency

References to "you" and "your" are references to the person or people accessing the site.

References to "us", "we" and "our" are references to Page One Homes Ltd.

Property owners, developers and agencies can engage us for a fee to provide advertising services to assist in selling their property. If the seller sells their property then there is nothing payable to Page One Homes resulting from the sale.

 

We have no involvement in the process of the sale other than assisting in the marketing of the property for sale. Page One Homes disclaims all liability and responsibility to anyone using this site, or doing anything in connection with it in whole or in part.

 

Conditions of Sale

For the provision of advertising services on the internet using Google adwords services our pricing and service refund policy are provided as follows.

• Individual adverts placed on Adword’s are shown based on Google analytics search preferences and are not guaranteed to show at all times.

• The use of existing web pages not owned or controlled by page one homes is at the discretion of the individual website owners and bound by their terms and conditions.

• Page One Homes disclaims all responsibility or liability when a using third party website page or details in any Advertising campaign and no refunds will be offered in any case whatsoever.

• Page One Homes ltd. will present your advert on the Internet on the terms agreed, but in no way guarantees the success or performance of your ad. You are liable to pay for all services agreed regardless of response to your ad(s).

 

Refund Policy

Minimum advertising periods are in multiples of 30 Days

No refunds will be give for each period of 30 days which an advert is still shown

 

Option 2 Package “part refund if you sell your House” we will refund any full 30 Day advertising period not used.

 

Cancellation

You (the customer) may cancel your order for Page One home ltd advertising services, at no cost to you, at any time before the work is performed. You may cancel your service request via telephone on 0845 475 5471. If you cancel advertising services before your ad(s) have been placed on the Internet, you are entitled to and will receive a prompt 100% refund.

 

If, for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied with our service, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days, in accordance with EU regulations with the exception of services that start before this cooling off period. To cancel an order please call 0845 475 5471 or email info@pageoneproperty.com quoting your Invoice No. and the reason for cancellation.

 

If adverts have already been placed on the internet and you then cancel your order within the 7 day cooling off period, you will be liable to an administration charge of £25.00 to cover any advertising charges and work done incurred.

 

Limitation of liability:

You must consider the information on this site is provided by third parties. We cannot confirm their authenticity. This applies all property details you see here on this site

Buyers should consult relevant authorities and seek professional advice when proceeding (in any part) with an agreement. The information displayed on this web site is only for information purposes.
